Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Win1x2 (“we”, “us”), the operator of the Win1x2 iOS app and the website at win1x2.app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Win1x2

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for betting where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for making sure that using sports predictions and betting-related information is lawful in your location.

3. What the Service is

Win1x2 provides football live scores, fixtures, league tables, news, match predictions and booking codes for information and entertainment.

• We are not a bookmaker or betting operator. You cannot place bets or deposit money through the Service.
• Predictions, tips and booking codes are opinions. They are not guarantees and are not financial advice.
• Past results do not predict future results. Any bet you place with a third party is your own decision and at your own risk.

4. Premium subscriptions

The app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock all predictions and remove ads.

• Price and period. The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. See Apple’s instructions.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restoring. If you reinstall the app or change device, use “Restore Purchase” on the subscription screen.
• Price changes. If a price changes, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• copy, scrape or collect content from the Service by automated means;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or redistribute predictions, booking codes or other content without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, software and the Win1x2 name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. Team names, competition names, club badges and bookmaker names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Third-party content and links

The Service displays match data and news headlines from third parties, links to external websites, and shows third-party advertisements. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, bookmakers or advertisers, and a link or ad is not an endorsement.

8. Apple

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of scores, predictions, booking codes or any other content, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs that result from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service, or to any part of it, if you breach these terms or if we stop offering it. You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancelling a subscription is done through Apple, as described above.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting any consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of the country where you live.
