Privacy Policy

How the Win1x2 app and website handle your information.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Win1x2 (“we”, “us”) handles information. It covers the Win1x2 iOS app and the website at win1x2.app (together, the “Service”). If you have any question about it, contact us at support@win1x2.app.

2. The short version

  • You do not need an account to use Win1x2. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
  • The app identifies your installation with a random ID, not with your identity.
  • The app shows ads through Google AdMob. Your device’s advertising identifier is used for ads only if you allow tracking when iOS asks.
  • Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card details.

3. Information we collect

In the app

  • Installation ID. A random identifier created on your device the first time you open the app. It is not linked to your name or Apple ID.
  • Device and app details. Your device model, platform (iOS), app version and the time the app last registered with our servers.
  • Push notification token. If you allow notifications, a token issued by Apple and Google that lets us deliver notifications to your device.
  • Match reminders. The fixtures you choose to be reminded about.
  • Subscription status. Whether you have an active premium subscription and when it expires. This comes from Apple through our subscription provider, linked to an anonymous ID.
  • Advertising data. Google’s advertising software in the app collects device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data. It uses your device’s advertising identifier only if you allow tracking.

On the website

  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Browser storage. We store two small items in your browser’s local storage: a random ID so each browser can vote once in match polls (it is sent with your vote), and a note that you dismissed the “get the app” prompt.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on the website.

When you contact us

  • Your email address and whatever you include in your message.

4. How we use information

  • To provide live scores, fixtures, predictions, booking codes and news.
  • To send the notifications you have enabled, such as match reminders, results and new predictions.
  • To unlock premium features and remove ads for subscribers.
  • To show advertisements in the free version of the app.
  • To keep the Service working, fix problems and prevent abuse.
  • To reply to support requests.

5. Advertising and tracking

The free version of the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. The first time you use the app, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. If you allow it, Google may use your device’s advertising identifier to show you more relevant ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised using that identifier.

You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

6. Push notifications

Notifications are optional. You can switch them off in the app’s menu or in iOS Settings → Notifications. When you switch them off in the app, we remove your notification token from our servers.

7. Companies that process data for us

We rely on the following providers to run the Service. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

  • Apple — App Store purchases and delivery of notifications to iOS devices. Privacy policy
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications. Privacy information
  • Google AdMob — advertising in the app. Privacy policy
  • RevenueCat — subscription status management. Privacy policy
  • Supabase — database hosting. Privacy policy
  • Railway — server hosting. Privacy policy
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, security and email forwarding. Privacy policy

Versions of the app before 2.0.5 used OneSignal to deliver notifications. When you update, your notifications move to Firebase Cloud Messaging and we request deletion of your record from OneSignal.

We do not sell your personal information.

8. How long we keep information

We keep installation records and reminder settings for as long as the app is in use on your device. Notification tokens are removed when you switch notifications off in the app or when the token stops working, for example after the app is uninstalled. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Turn notifications on or off in the app or in iOS Settings.
  • Allow or refuse ad tracking in iOS Settings.
  • Clear the website’s stored items by clearing site data in your browser.
  • Ask us for a copy of the data linked to your installation, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@win1x2.app.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

10. Age requirement

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the related data.

11. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we hold, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may process data on servers outside your country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app or on this website.
